“ We stumbled on this wonderful restaurant by chance. It has been there for at least 30 years, and I can see why. Great idea, friendly service, delicious fresh food and yummy cocktails. You pick all the food you want from a large buffet style arrangement, and they cook it for you to perfection. You pay based on weight and 20% discount for vegetarian only dishes. I loved it and wish we had something like this is Australia, where I am from. ”

“ Our favourite restaurant in the village!! We were here for 1 week, and wanted to try different restaurants on different nights. We loved this place too much we came on two nights. Loved the self serve situation. We were able to put a lot of veges and meat in the noodles. Could become so creative with the choices they had there. The chefs were very nice and friendly, they were chatting with us while we were waiting and did a special spatulas dance show! Super cute! If you are in town, this place is a must go! ”

I enjoyed chatting with the cook — sorry for not tipping you, I didn’t have my wallet but I did send my husband back with some cash when he grabbed his plate. Yes, it’s expensive. It was 200 for 3 plates (2 adults and 2 very kids) plus a beer and a couple glasses of wine. I’m not really complaining though — we’re in Whistler after all. We will definitely be back. ”
